TAIGA Cleaning Staff Seasonal Position for 23-24

Position : Housekeeper / Maintenance Full, time, Seasonal position for 23-24 season Key Responsibilities - Cleaning for managed properties and office, including cleaning the rooms, water area, bed making, garbage removal, towel exchange, linen delivery, and snow clearing - Inspect properties to make sure house is cleaned properly - Report any damage/issues with the properties, meet with supplier/vendor at sight for any repair work if required. Key Qualities - Experience in cleaning or maintenance would be preferrable - Team player who enjoys working and communicating with co-workers - Focused on delivering good outcomes with integrity Working Period December 1, 2023 to the mid of April 2024 Working Hours 30 hours per week, 6 Hours per day, paid overtime. Remuneration ¥1,300-1,700 per hour depending on skills and experience Benefit - Lift pass subsidy, - Staff accommodation located a 10-minute drive.
