[b]Saturday November 21st, 2009 2009/2010 Season Opening Party at Wild Bills![/b] Pretenders to the throne rise and fall with the yearly comings and goings of the world's kindest pow, but Wild Bills reigns supreme, year after year after year. The charismatic management team does everything right, turning every customer into a regular, luring back their bilingual staff season after season, and building rapport with the locals. The bar is always spotless and hopping with customers, the Tex-Mex menu is the perfect filling end to a long day slaying pow, and if you stick around long enough, the drinks slowly get stronger as the night goes on. Try Japan's best Mojito, unless you're in a hurry to get stupid, then go with The Paralyzer. The management may run the tightest ship in Niseko, but they get down harder than anybody else. Nobody works harder than Bills. Nobody plays harder than Bills. I can't recommend this joint highly enough. Seriously, get yer ass up in there.
