Where have you looked so far? There are plenty of Pensions and a couple of backpackers in the middle and lower village or if you don't mind travelling look in Kutchan or Niseko
It all depends on what your criteria are,distance, amenities,are you working and most importantly $$$.
We have some accomodation available in Mt Merry, which is near NAC in Izumikiyo 1, within walking distance to everything in the village and the lifts. There are shared bathrooms and kitchens, but we have a few couples already staying for the season. 55,000yen per month with 4 month minimum.
