As someone who does quite a lot of driving in the village am i wrong to want to run over that skiier or snowboarder who comes flying down the footpath or the lane next to me????? Can someone please start policing this and confiscating lift passes, every year its just the same. Idiots skiing into pedestrians, the side of my car as i pull out from a sidestreet. I just cant wait until someone ski's into a donan or nfp bus!! just had to have my rant for the day:woohoo:

I second that emotion. This could be because the entire village falsely advertises itself as ski-in ski-out. Why can't Hirafu just tell it like it is? THERE IS NO SKI-IN SKI-OUT here.

Maybe if somebody would keep the damn sidewalks free of ice. Skiing down the hill is the safest way to get home.

how about if there were actually 'sidewalks'...from Downtown Cafe to the Alpen, terraced and levelled off with railway ties, flower planters in summer, benches...like a resort town...few years away still? that 50cm+ was sure nice tho, the love/hate relationship continues...
