The only physical exercise I get is regular cycling and maybe a couple jogs a week. Keeps me from careening through 90kg anyway. Still, as the season approaches, I figure I should be doing something a little more. Bodyweight squats, stretch a bit more, etc? Any advice?

I do nothing for months and then say 'holy crap" I need to get fit.

I then go get a beer from the fridge.

I generally do this until the week before and then realise it is too late. I then convince myself that my enthusiasm will get me through....which it doesn't each year.

I realise how unfit I am and get annoyed at myself for doing the same thing as last year, so I go get a beer from the fridge.

that's exactly the kind of advice i was looking for! a beer regimen! just the kind of sage advice i'd expect from a Kutchannelite!
