Just out of interest for anyone following international environmental efforts - The Bonn Climate Change talks are currently in progress in Germany and Japans Prime Minister, Aso did a good job of assuring the world that Japan will not be a leader in the upcoming global talks in Copenhagen (A follow up to the Kyoto Protocol).
