The New Year’s Eve happy hours are from 11pm on Dec 31st to 1am on Jan 1st – 300 yen drinks and no cover charge! :woohoo:
Samurai Bar is a few minutes walk from Seicomart.Opposite Seicomart theres a road that goes down the hill past Australia House. Go down that road about 100 meters - Samurai Bar is on your right.
There are also plenty of places to eat near Samurai - the bar is in between a Nepalese restaurant and a whole lot of yatai.
