Any NZers out there with snow or ice sculpting experience? Team NZ is looking for an someone with experience for the Sapporo Snow Festival in Feb. Accomodation & expenses paid for I think. Send me a message to my Kutchannel account. ALso, if you know any kiwi chefs, please ask them if they're keen. Many learn to ice carve as part of working for big hotels etc.
