Sounds like the SDF is the place to send contributions of necessary items. Write 地震支援物資在中 on the package.
* clothing
* warm blankets & sleeping bags
* daily necessities (soap, tooth brushes, tissue paper, etc)
* food (instant, canned, nutritious foods where possible)
* baby supplies (especially diapers)
* hand warmers (懐炉 kairo) like the ones made by zippo
* batteries
自衛隊では支援物資を受け付けています。
各県の県庁が窓口です。 募集品目とご注意頂きたいこと ・衣料、食料、電池、日用品(石鹸やティッシュなど)、ベビー用品を募集しています。・食料は腐らないもの(レトルト、インスタント食品、栄養補助食品)など。・特に毛布やカイロなどの暖を取れるものが助かります。・衣料の場合はサイズごとにおまとめ頂き、分かるように明記ください。・衣料はなるべく綺麗なものが喜ばれるそうです。 ・なるべく１つの段ボールには一種類の商品⇒仕分けの手間が減ります。・重くなり過ぎない様に。・「地震支援物資在中」とお書き添え下さい。
