volunteer patrols for NY

wanna wear a lime green vest AND the most coveted hat in Niseko while walking around for a couple of hours testing the theory that chicks dig a man in uniform ( or vice versa- women more than welcome)? Looking for a couple of people ( preferably J/E lingual but not necessary) to help out from 9-10 to 1ish on NY eve. People with good local knowledge would be nice , but again ,not vital. Duties will be just walking around and assisting people with directions and helping with a bit of crowd control. Smiley faces an asset.
