This is an exciting opportunity for an early career business professional with interest and experience in Real Estate wanting to expand their horizons working in the unique environment of Niseko. The MnK office is currently located in the picturesque Orchard’s development in Kabayama. Key Responsibilities: Generating and replying to sales enquiries. Preparing relevant sales packs and property information for prospective buyers. Job Requirements: Fluency in English and Mandarin, additional fluency in Japanese is an advantage. Confidence and understanding in regards to meeting new people from a variety of backgrounds. Ability to work well with others in a multi-cultural work place. Must hold a valid working visa or have credentials to allow for sponsorship. Must hold a valid Japanese driver’s license or International Driving Permit. At least 2 years of sales experience in any industry, at least 1 year of Real Estate experience is an advantage. Strong IT skills; proficient and flexible working on a number of platforms. Detail orientated with strong numerical skills. Able to work diligently and independently to close sales. Good knowledge of and interest in the Niseko Area in the context of a business environment. Liaising with other departments to facilitate property viewings with clients. Creation and conversion of international buyer side leads. Contributing to online and social content. Assisting with all aspects of Real Estate sales and marketing. Real Estate pricing database management and market report writing. Assisting with Accounts in receiving and sending payments. Working with integrity, holding the customer in high regard at all times.
