【仕事内容 / Job Description】
冬季限定で営業するフードトラックで、英語を使いながら運営をサポートしていただくお仕事です。
外国人スタッフとお客様の間に立ち、チーム全体がスムーズに動くようにサポートしていただきます。
Main tasks:
Support and communicate with international staff (English communication required)
Customer service (mostly English-speaking guests)
Cash register & light food preparation
Assist with shift management and daily operations
Cleaning and other simple kitchen tasks
【給与 / Salary】
時給 1,800円～2,000円
(Based on experience, responsibility, and English skill level)
【勤務時間 / Working Hours】
10:30～22:00（シフト制 / Shift system）
実働6～8時間程度 / Around 6–8 working hours per day
天候・業務により変動あり / May vary depending on weather and workload
【求める人物像 / Who We’re Looking For】
日常英会話がスムーズにできる方（必須）
Able to communicate in daily English conversations
外国人スタッフと協力しながら働ける方
Team-oriented, can work smoothly with international staff
明るく責任感があり、リーダーシップを発揮できる方
Responsible and confident in taking initiative
飲食業経験があれば尚可（未経験でもOK）
Experience in food service is a plus, but not required
