Bartender wanted — 26/27 Winter season, Niseko Annupuri

Decent bar & shisha lounge not far from the slopes. From December 2026 running through the end of March 2027. Looking for one more person behind the bar for the season.  Location: Annupuri area  Dates: Dec 1 2026 – early March 2027 (flexible, happy to talk)  Hours: shift-based, usually 3pm until late. Expect a few proper late nights — it's a bar, after all. What you'll be doing: • cocktails, highballs, prep, the usual bar stuff • serving guests — mostly overseas skiers, so it's a very English-heavy room • orders, billing, cash, end-of-night counts • closing clean, stock checks, restocking • helping out around the venue now and then. No shisha experience needed — we'll train you. What we're after: • previous bar or hospo experience helps, but we'll train someone keen with the right attitude • basic English is a must; Japanese, Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus • valid work status in Japan (working holiday visa is fine) • 20+ — we're a smoking venue, and the law's the law • comfortable with evening / late-night shifts Pay: • ¥1,400/hr to start, more if you've got experience • +25% after 10pm • transport allowance and staff meal discount • free training — bartending, shisha, front of house — fully trained before opening night To apply: send a CV to backroom.tlf@gmail.com , subject line "Bartender Application".
