Responsibility 仕事内容
1. Management, repair, and repair work of managed properties (accommodation facilities)
管理物件（宿泊施設）の管理、補修、修繕作業
2. Periodic inspection work 定期点検作業
3. Snow removal in winter, lawn mowing work in summer 冬は除雪、夏は芝刈り作業
Qualifications 応募資格
- Japanese Driving license/ International driving license
-普通自動車運転免許もしくは国際免許保持者
Required/Skill 必要なスキル
- Maintenance and handyman skills preferred
施設管理、メンテナンスのスキルがある方、尚可
- Ability to use tablets and smartphones

Salary 給与
180,000 – 320,000 per month (Depends on experience)

＊Operation Manager in Furano 富良野勤務オペレーションマネージャー
Responsibility 仕事内容
1. Assist the Operations Manager to ensure the effective delivery of property management and hospitality services to Furano clients.

2. Support and develop the company’s financial objectives for the property management and hospitality business units.

3. Work closely with staff in the Niseko and Furano offices to ensure a smooth and cooperative relationship between offices and company divisions.

4. Assist the Operations Manager to recruit, train and oversee a team of support staff in scale with the demands of the business and company service standards.

5. Build relationships with local service providers for guest services, housekeeping, snow clearing and general maintenance.

6. Professionally represent the company in the local community, including community associations.

Qualifications 応募資格
