We are looking for operation manager in Furano. The Operation Manager is responsible for ensuring H2 Group provides an optimum level of service to its owner and guest clients through its property management business in the Furano area
Key responsibilities
o Oversee the effective delivery of property management and hospitality services to Furano clients.
o Support and develop the company’s financial objectives for the property management and hospitality business units.
o Work closely with staff in the Niseko and Furano offices to ensure a smooth and cooperative relationship between offices and company divisions.
o Recruit, train and oversee a team of support staff in scale with the demands of the business and company service standards.
o Build relationships with local service providers for guest services, housekeeping, snow clearing and general maintenance.
o Professionally represent the company in the local community, including community associations.
o Actively develop the scale and quality of property management and hospitality business through sales and relationships.
Experience:
o Real Estate related qualifications or experience
o Real Estate Management qualifications or experience
o Business service experience
o Practical experience in an office environment
Qualifications:
o Valid work visa
o Japanese or international drivers’ license
o Bilingual – English and Japanese to strong conversation or business level. Other languages are also an advantage
o Degree in hospitality or business an advantage
Salary range: 3,600,000 - 4,000,000 JPY/year + participation in short-term and long-term incentive programs
Contract Period: Initially one year, with options to extend based on performance.
