[Position/Employment Status] Seasonal staff (part-time) *Possibility of full-time employment after the season ends *Please request full-time or year-round employment at the interview. [Working Period] December 1, 2022 to the end of March 2023 (extension after April is also possible) *Employment starting date negotiable (Please make your request at the interview.) [Working Hours] Work is shifts from about 3 days a week, 4 to 8 hours a day *Full-time work is highly welcome! [Job Openings] 1. Front desk agent Job description: Hotel front desk duties (check in and check out duties, bell duties), arranging various guest services, hotel room reservation duties, etc. Qualifications: Can interact with guests in English, candidates with experience preferred, candidates who can work night shifts highly welcome Other: You may be requested to work some night shifts. (Requests for only daytime work negotiable) 2.Night Auditor = Night shift front desk staff Job description: Hotel front deskduties (check in and check out information management), arranging various guest services, hotel room reservation duties, etc. Qualifications: Can interact with guests in English, candidates with experience preferred, candidates with confidence in physical capacity Other: Main shift is night shift, but day shift may be available on occasion. Night shifts are from 21:00 to 06:00 the following day. 3. Housekeeper Job description: Cleaning guest rooms and facilities (i.e., common areas, public bath), replenishing amenities, etc. Qualifications: Education and English language skills irrelevant, candidates with no experience highly welcome Other: Free transportation available to and from Kutchan/Kyogoku areas 4. Night Housekeeper Job description: loading linen and folding towels for the next day, handling guest requests (e.g. lending out equipment), onsen checks, taking over duties from the day shift, etc. Qualifications: Education and English language skills irrelevant, candidates with no experience highly welcome Other: No room cleaning in principle, working hours from 5pm to 11pm. 5. Cook/Kitchen staff Job description: Cooking assistant duties and other kitchen duties at the hotel restaurant Qualifications: Preferential treatment for candidates with cooking experience, English language skill irrelevant Other: Duties will be determined based on experience and skills (from cooking assistant to cooking lunch/dinner, etc.) 6. Front of House Job description: Restaurant hall duties, such as taking orders, serving dishes, and clearing plates Qualifications: Preferential treatment for candidates who can interact with guests in English and with experience (Candidates without experience are welcome as long as you have motivation!) Other: Greater possibility of increased wages depending on language skills 7. Shuttle driver/Snow removal staff Job description: Driving shuttle buses to and from the hotel and ski area, snow removal around the hotel Qualifications: Driver’s license, candidates comfortable driving on snowy roads, candidates with confidence in physical capacity, preferential treatment for candidates who can interact with guests in English Other: The vehicle will be the Hiace Wagon Grand Cabin. 8. Ski Concierge Job description: Assist guests with snow sports rental equipment -skis, snowboards, boots, wear, etc., and managing rental equipment. Qualifications: Can interact with guests in English, candidates with experience preferred, skiing/snowboarding experience, love customer service Other: If you can give advice to guests on how to enjoy the mountain (e.g. snow conditions on the day, recommended courses, etc.), you are most welcome! [Salary] Hourly wage from 1,200 yen (based on experience and skills) *25% more per hour during late night hours! *A wage increase program with a repeater bonus is available for repeating staff! *Hourly wages can be increased depending on language skills for the front desk, restaurant hall, and drivers.
