[Job Description]
Cooking (assistant) duties, kitchen duties at the hotel restaurant
・ Cooking preparation (ingredient preparation)
・ Preparing tableware, plating and presentation
・ Preparing breakfast for hotel guests
・ Preparing meals for staff dining
・ Food ingredient inventory management and orders
・ Cleaning and hygiene management inside the kitchen
・ Other related incidental duties
*Depending on your experience and skills, you may be asked to cook for lunch and dinner as well.
[Qualifications]
・ Preferential treatment for candidates with cooking experience (possession of a cooking license is irrelevant)
・ A desire to make people happy with good food.
・ Are interested in cooking with ingredients of Hokkaido
・ Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
・ Must be able to do HoRenSo (report, contact, consult) properly with supervisors and other staff.
・ Computer skills (simple data entry is required on the job)
・ Having Japanese conversation skills is preferred.
