I have a lodge of very selective diners from who are looking for a western styled dinner for Christmas. It doesn't have to be a fancy menu.
You will have the whole use of the kitchen and tools we have. (Oven doesn't work) If you feel up to the task of preparing dinner for 10 guests (main and dessert) please forward to me your proposed menu and cost.
We will organise transport to and from the lodge.
