Positions Available: Store manager/Supervisor Service Staff (Full time) Service Staff (Part time) Key Responsibilities - Greeting and serving customers with a smile - Preparing Hot & Fresh mini donuts - Carrying out general day-to-day operations, assisting with stock control, product quality, and cash handling - Maintaining a clean work environment and surroundings - Basic food and beverage preparation - Social media updates Requirements - Drivers License (preferred not essential) - Can do attitude and willingness to learn new skills - Ability to work independently and problem-solve where required - Japanese language ability preferred Staff benefits - Subsidised staff accommodation ( Hirafu Village ) - Hourly rate based on experience - Performance based bonus scheme - Subsidised lift pass - Daily food allowance & Free barista coffee - Free Donuts & Good times - Team events, staff dinners and ride days - Discounts at other venues/stores in town - Paid training - Uniform supplied - Opportunity to grow within your role Full-time/Part-time roles are available, with the opportunity to further your career with our team.
