We’re seeking motivated individuals to join the growing crew at Dohyo Donuts! Key Responsibilities Greeting and serving customers with a smile Preparing Hot & Fresh mini donuts Carrying out general day-to-day operations, assisting with stock control, product quality, and cash handling Maintaining a clean work environment and surroundings Basic food and beverage preparation Social media updates Requirements Drivers License Can do attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve where required Japanese language proficiency Staff benefits Performance-based bonus scheme Hourly rate based on experience Free Donuts & Good times Team events, staff dinners, & trips away Paid training Uniform supplied Opportunity to grow within your role Full-time/Part-time roles are available, with the opportunity to further your career with our team. Shift work between 10:30 am ~ 6:30 pm. Green season from Late April ~ Mid October ( with the possibility of extension to winter role based on performance) Bilingual applicants are preferred, but not a necessity.
