Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: ● Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality dishes that reflect our restaurant’s vision and standards. ● Create seasonal menus incorporating fresh, local Hokkaido ingredients. ● Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food costing, and maintaining hygiene standards. ● Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence. ● Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative culinary concepts. ● Ensure a smooth and efficient service during peak hours. Requirements: ● Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, fine dining, or upscale casual restaurant. ● Strong knowledge of international cuisines, with a focus on Japanese and Western fusion being a plus. ● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demands. ● Excellent leadership and communication skills. ● Familiarity with Hokkaido’s local produce and ingredients is an advantage. ● Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills are a plus but not mandatory. ● Valid work visa for Japan (or eligibility to obtain one).
