As the Receptionist you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and managing the day to day office operations as well as general matters relating to the company.The Receptionist and HR Administrator will also help ensure that the HR Administration needs of the current staff are met, and help ensure that the business itself is compliant with the legal requirements for HR. As a member of the NISADE team you would be responsible for executing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with our culture, and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Duties Include: - Generating and processing office correspondence from written documents, emails, calls and welcoming office guests - Maintaining office supplies, vehicles and employee shared information - Organizing the processes of on-boarding and off-boarding from the business, including conducting aspects as appropriate. - Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. - Assisting in the delivery of recruitment of year round and seasonal staff, including arranging and dealing with applicant tracking. - Maintaining employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits. Administering the processing of benefit claims. - Ensuring compliance with labor requirements including but not limited to monitoring leave accumulation and organizing medical checks. - Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. - Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. - Maintaining an ongoing manual for human resource department - Assisting all full time/seasonal staff visa application - Supporting the management of Staff Accommodation and manages key lending process - Arranging internal meetings or schedules. - Arranging insurance, supervising company facilities and uniform and other administrative matters. - Internal filing and organizing documents when necessary. - Assisting other departments with their requirements as necessary - Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Event support. - Any administrative works assigned.
