Due to growth and development, Niseko Wow is seeking a professional and dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team.
Based in Hirafu and managing a boutique portfolio of luxury properties, Niseko Wow offers a bespoke holiday service.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Guest Services Manager will be responsible for:
•Day-to-day running of 2 luxury properties, including staff coordination, training and logistics
•Building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal stakeholders (reservations, accounts, housekeeping and, maintenance) and external suppliers (management associations, restaurants, activity and ground service suppliers)
•Ordering and maintaining guest services and office supplies
•Manage the guest experience from check-in to check-out
•Re-stocking welcome package supplies on an as needs basis
•Maintenance of front desk and, general upkeep around the properties
•Providing reception and driver training and, coverage
•Emergency, after-hours, guest support as required
•Occupancy reporting and forecasting as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
•Intermediate to advanced MS Office and Gmail skills
•Front of house / concierge experience
•Customer service focus / open and friendly demeanour
•Strong written and verbal communication is mandatory (English and Japanese)
•Strong relationship building skills
•Ability to work under pressure and solve problems before and when they occur
•Excellent presentation and a strong interpersonal manner at all times
•Ability to remain professional under pressure and manage priorities
•Hold, or be eligible for, valid working visa status
•Hold an international drivers permit, or Japanese drivers permit
