Tomo is a Modern restaurant based around a sharing concept and spirit. The menu and restaurant space are designed to bring people together around great food, drinks and service. We are looking for someone to take on the role of Head Bar/Front of House operations for our restaurant in Niseko. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to deliver a high-quality menu, motivate our team and provide excellent customer service. In this role, you will be expected to switch between managing the bar and assisting with front-of-house operations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our team during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have a great dining experience.
