Please send your resume to info@sansuiniseko.com Responsibilities and Requirement： • In charge of inspection, repair, and maintenance management of the facility. • Overseeing the providers for services including hotel facilities, maintenance and driver • Overseeing the inspection, repair, and maintenance of the company facility and construction works • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness • Develop plan for snow clearing/landscaping and supervise direct works • Inspection and Supervising of staff to ensure whole facility machinery, electrical, water and heat system are well-maintained • Overseeing and direct to garbage collection, transportation • Experience of onsen inspection and repair is advantageous ・施設全体の点検、修理、整備管理を担当していただきます。 ・ホテル施設のサービスプロバイダー、メンテナンス、ドライバー業者を監督しを行う　 ・、会社管理する物件全体の点検、修理、整備の計画を立案し、工事の監督、指導を行う。 ・施設が政府の規制と環境、健康、セキュリティーの基準を満たしていることを確認する　　　　　　 ・エネルギー効率と費用対効果の向上に関する企業への助言　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 ・除雪と造園の計画を立案し、工事の監督、指導を行う。。 ・ホテル施設全体及び会社が管理する物件内の機械、電気、暖房、水道システムの点検作業を行っていただきます。 ・ゴミ収集、運搬業務の監督、指導を行う。 ・温泉の点検、修理の経験があれば有利です Experience and Skill Hotel Facility Manager 5+ years experience of hotel maintenance management or a track record a native Japanese speaker with conversational English 建物管理の経験、特にホスピタリティー業界の中での経験、５年以上の実務マネージャー経験必須 ネイティブの日本語、英語会話できれば尚可 Hotel Facility Supervisor 3+ years of hotel maintenance experience English: Elementary Level, easy communication Japanese: Business level (Speaking, Writing, Listening) 5+ years experience of hotel maintenance management or a track record a native Japanese speaker with conversational English 建物管理の経験、特にホスピタリティー業界の中での経験 3年以上の実務経験必須 英語：初級レベル、簡単なコミュニケーション 日本語：ビジネスレベル（スピーキング、ライティング、リスニング）
