Niseko Central is Niseko’s largest collection of premium condos, apartments, and resort homes (700+ beds) right in Hirafu. We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Manager to lead our year-round team and deliver outstanding guest experiences across winter and summer.
You’ll lead:
Guest Services, Front Desk & Housekeeping operations
Operational efficiency and process improvement
Concierge sales & guest satisfaction targets (domestic & international)
Seasonal bookings/systems readiness (winter & summer)
Workforce planning: hiring, training, performance & development
Department budgets and escalated service recovery
Cross-team strategy; report to Group Operations Manager
You bring:
Track record leading teams in hotels/holiday accommodation
Strength in ops planning, forecasting, recruitment & budgeting
Problem-solving mindset; elevates service via systems & process change
Supplier relationship management
Confident with Microsoft Office & reservation systems
Valid driver’s license
Languages: Native English or Native Japanese essential; the other highly desirable. Additional Chinese languages a plus.
Employment & Benefits:
Full-time, year-round | ~40 hrs/week (shift times vary by season) | 120 days off/year + 5 sick days + 20 days annual paid leave
Contract value: ¥7,500,000–¥11,000,000 (paid in 14 parts incl. 2 bonuses)
