Job Description Join our gourmet burger food truck team in Niseko! Main Responsibilities: Customer service (Primary language: English) Light food preparation and cooking assistance Cashier / POS operation Cleaning inside and around the food truck General food & beverage operations Salary ¥1,500 per hour (2 days off per week) Rate may vary depending on experience and skills. Working Hours 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (Shift system) Subject to change depending on weather and operational conditions. Working hours/days may increase during peak season. Requirements Conversational Japanese sufficient for internal team communication (Japanese is NOT required for customer service). Friendly, positive attitude and a strong team player. Physical endurance for food truck operations is a plus! Preferred Skills & Qualifications Daily conversational English skills (Mainly serving international customers). Prior experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry. Open to side-jobbers / dual earners.
