GoSnow is looking for one more Kids Assistant to join our team for the season. The GoSnow kids program is busy in peak times with over 200 kids and parents coming through our doors. As a kids program assistant your role will be to assist the kids program supervisor in the daily operation of the business, from guest registration, lunch duty and caring for young children on their breaks. This is a diverse and fun role for people who love children. We are looking for team players! What you will be doing: - Continually striving to exceed our Guest’s expectations and to create memories for guests and staff as the best mountain experience again and again. - Primary duties include; daily set up of the kids’ area, guest registration, supervision of kids during breaks, serving lunch, pack down and assisting with any parent inquiries throughout the day. - Assisting our kids program instructors to organise their classes in our beginner areas, including assisting children to load/unload lifts. - To attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. - To be familiar with all GoSnow programs, prices and lesson details. Qualifications & job requirements: - Previous experience and a strong aptitude for working with young children. - A strong customer service background and organization skills. - Hold a valid Japanese Working Visa. - Demonstrate our core values: professional, trustworthy, fair. - Patience and the ability to have lots of fun. - Meet our standards for our snowsports professional/appearance policy. Contract Period: - Immediate start - Contract ends April 2019 Wages & roster: The roster will work over a 7-day week and general shifts start from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
