Luckyfingers Restaurant ＆Bar in Annupuri is looking for someone with drive, ambition and some experience to cook as apprentice alongside world-class chef Yoshio Shinohara. You will help him prepare the unique brand of Japanese Western fare that he perfected while executive chef at NYC's acclaimed MEGU restaurant and has made Luckyfingers one of Niseko's most beloved restaurants. Wage and accommodation available based on experience. Dec 1 to Mar 20th. Dinner only, so plenty of time to ski during the day.
