Niseko Resort is a thriving international alpine destination, famous worldwide for its snow, food and varied clientele.
Bus driving positions with HTM are an amazing opportunity to grow your skills and experience in the snowy conditions, with days off spent making the most of the resort.
As a Guest Shuttle Bus Driver for Skye Niseko Hotel or with Ki Niseko Hotel, your responsibilities include shuttling our guests around the resort in the snowy and sometimes tricky winter driving conditions. You will need to help look after the upkeep of the buses and additionally you will be providing excellent customer service for our guests. Candidates here will need to be able to drive a minibus sized vehicle (Toyota Coaster).
We are also seeking staff accommodation drivers who can deliver our staff to work on time and get them home again at the end of the day. Being organized and self-motivated is essential so that operations run smoothly. Candidates here will need to be able to drive a full-sized bus.
Both positions include your very own season lift pass and are among the highest paid winter positions in the resort at ¥1,600 per hour for Guest Shuttle Bus Drivers and ¥2,000 per hour for Staff Accommodation Drivers.
