We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a knack for sales and customer contact to work with us during the winter season 2015-2016. The job will consist in organizing the guests activities before they arrive and after their arrival: ski lessons, ski rentals, transportation, back-country tours, ... You will have to communicate with the guests in the weeks before their arrival to plan for their trip. Communication will be mainly by e-mail so impeccable written English is a must. For guests already in-resort, you will be working from our main "Guest Services" desk where you will have to propose amazing activities to our guests looking for something beyond "just skiing in Hirafu". Previous sales experience is wanted, ideally you should already have a working holiday Visa and be ready to arrive in Niseko in mid-October or at the latest early November.
