A full time or part time position at M Group has opened for an Accountant and Administrator to join our team. We are a well-established company that owns multiple properties located in the center of the Hirafu area.
We are looking for staff that are team-oriented, friendly, calm and collected, have good problem-solving skills and are well-organised with a keen eye for detail. Applicants should be well-presented with excellent etiquette, and have a positive attitude and strong work-ethic.
Working Hours:
Full time - 9am - 5pm, 5 Days per week
Part time - variable
Location: Niseko Hirafu
Key Responsibilities:
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Process bank deposits
Reconcile financial statements
Identify and address discrepancies
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
Required Skills:
2 years minimum experience in accounting and office administration.
Bilingual Japanese & English
Business Japanese or higher
Conversational English or higher
Excellent Communication & Organisation Skills
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Remuneration:
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Candidates for this position must possess a Japanese Passport or valid work visa.
