We are looking for someone with some marketing qualifications or background, but most of all we need a go-getter who loves what they do and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty if it means creating a masterpiece. From coordinating in-resort events, to marketing activities including social media, photo/ Video, design, websites, newsletters, there will be plenty to sink your teeth into, if you’re up for a challenge. This is a gem of a role for someone who really wants to prove themselves in an award-winning company. Key Responsibilities: ・Involved in all areas of SNS - social media campaigns across a multitude of platforms, and execute and maintain daily, weekly, monthly posting, liking, sharing etc ・Maintain NISADE image & Video databases ・Taking photographs & video- directing/planning photo/ video shoots ・Basic design tasks ・Writing content for newsletter’s, blogs, website & other marketing material ・Participating in a range of research projects, market/ guest & competitor analysis, reporting on findings, develop strategies ・Updating OTA pages, Trip Advisor, Google etc ・Liaising with guests, partners, suppliers ・General support of the Marketing, Reservations and Guest Services Team ・Support in-resort events with the help of the Marketing Team, including and be main contact for guests and staff for duration of event, taking photos/ video, posting to SNS, set up and pack down, event reports ・Basic website maintenance, updating prices, details, etc as required ・Welcoming / greeting any guests you may come across; demonstrating high quality, approachable eye contact, personalised and professional friendliness at all times ・Assisting Front Desk and GSRs during busy periods if required ・Performing other duties as assigned by Management Requirements THE ESSENTIALS: ・Marketing skills to pay the bills! ・Social Media Superstar ・Photography/ Video Ability ・EDM- Newsletters ・Copywriting, Media Releases ・Event Co-ordination ・English – spoken/ written ・Japanese language not essential ・Driving license SOFTWARE/ APPLICATIONS SKILLS: ・Canva ・Adobe PS, AI, ID ・Craft or other website CMS ・Microsoft- Word, Excel, PowerPoint IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ・A strong team player, with an approachable attitude ・Show initiative, with ability to think on your feet ・Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written ・A high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive items ・The desire to go above and beyond in your professional capacity ・Flexibility, reliability and punctuality ・To be knowledgeable and promote local and special events ・Take ownership for assignments, issues or tasks and assume connected responsibility ・Ability to learn quickly and display a strong interest in gaining knowledge of Niseko, Rusutsu, Furano and Hokkaido ・Able to record information accurately and able to project a professional manner at all times ・A high standard of personal grooming, with immaculate presentation required if frontline service is required ・A desire to assist our guests and visitors to have the best holiday ever ・Preferred experience working overseas within a culturally diverse team Benefits: ・Staff accommodation available ・Language friendly environment ・Discounts on some resort services and winter activities ・Unique work environment  ・One-time Winter Recreational Allowance of 30,000yen ・Travel rebate up to 50,000yen Please apply either via our recruitment website or send your CV to hr@nisade.com
