If you live and breathe powder days, look no further! MY ecolodge is now recruiting for the 19/20 Winter Season. We are looking for enthusiastic, fun, friendly, and hardworking team players with a passion in providing guests with outstanding service to join our team this coming season.
Employment period: November 2019 – March 2018, with the potential to extend.
PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess an understanding of our guest requirements and a passion for providing excellent guest service.
• Fluent spoken and written English language skills with basic conversational Japanese preferred. (additional languages are a bonus but not required)
• International Driving Permit with category D stamp (higher than a standard driving licence required ( Australia: MR, NZ: class 2 or above).
• Possess a high-level of professionalism and initiative.
• Experience in the hospitality/service industry is preferred
• Winter & on-snow driving experience with passenger-carrying vehicles
RESPONSIBILITES
• Drive the bus on a set schedule between My-ecolodge to Grand Hirafu Gondola
• Assist Front Desk with Check Ins/Outs by picking up/Dropping off guest from Kutchan Station and Grand Hirafu Welcome Centre
• Assist guest with snowboard/Skis and luggage
• Provide information on Niseko and surrounding area
• Insure that all company vehicles are kept clean and fuel topped off
• Assist with snow removal
