Still looking for Seasonal workers at Niseko Alpine Developments (NISADE)!
Before COVID, 90% of our hotel guests were international guests. Candidates who were interested but not confident in their English often did not apply for jobs. Currently, most of our guests are from Japan and those who are not so confident with their English can easily speak with them. Working with NISADE is also a great opportunity to practice English as this is the main language with supervisors and colleagues.

1) Niseko Area Front Desk Staff Day shift / Night shift
2) Furano Front desk staff, day shift and night shift
3)Rusutsu Front desk staff, night shift
4)Shuttle bus driver for Niseko area
5)Maintenance support/ snow removal
6)Snow removal
