Odin Place in the center of Hirafu, is running three different outlet.
Musu Bistro Bar, The Alpinist Restaurant, KOKO Bakery and a preparation kitchen in Kutchan.
We are looking for, professional and enthusiastic individual to complete our team for the up coming winter season.
-Must have a WHV or a valid working permit.
-Sponsorship possible for the right applicant
-For all position we have accomodation in center of the village 5 min away from work place and 10 min from ski lift.
-Help for administrative issue such as opening a bank account.
-All position start 1st December until 31st off March
For Musu Bistrot bar:
Head chef : (2 years experience as a sous chef)
-Under the responsibility of the chef executive.
-You will be responsible of the respect of the recipe card and plating design
-You will be responsible of the communication with the FOH.
-You will be responsible of the training of the kitchen staff.
-Salary base, negotiable depending on experience.
-One day off a week
Chef de partie: (Breakfast Lunch) (4 years experience as a chef)
-Under the responsibility of the head chef.
-You will support the head chef in service.
-You will be in charge of the mise en place of your section.
-Hourly wage, negociable on experience.
-About 45 H/ week with one to two day off.
Kitchen hand : (experience require none)
-Under the responsibility of the head chef.
-You will be in charge of the cleaning of the plate and cuttlerie, for restaurant.
-You will help the chef in simple cooking task of service and preparation.
-Hourly wage
-About 40 H/ week with two days off a week
The Alpinist Restaurant:
Kitchen hand : (experience require none)
-Under the responsibility of the head chef.
-You will be in charge of the cleaning of the plate and cuttlerie, for restaurant.
-You will help the chef in simple cooking task of service and preparation.
-Hourly wage
-About 40 H/ week with one days off a week
KOKO Bakery:
Baker: (previous experience preferable)
-You will be in charge of the baking and food production in the bakery.
-You will be in charge of the food ordering to the Kitchen production.
-Hourly wage, negociable on experience
-About 40 H a week two days off a week
Kutchan Preparation Kitchen
Head chef: (8 years experience as a chef and 2 years as sous chef)
- Must speak English, Japanese speaking is a plus.
-Under the responsibility of the executive chef.
-You will be managing the staff of Kutchan kitchen.
-You will supervise the organisation of the delivery.
-You will be in charge of the preparation of food for Odin place.
-Salary base, negotiable depending on experience.
-One day off a week.
Chef de partie: (4 years experience as a chef)
-Under the responsibility of the head chef.
-You will support the head chef in the food preparation for Odin Place.
-You will help the driver to prepare ordering and load the truck.
-Hourly Wage, negociable on experience.
-About 45 H a week, with one day off.
Driver: (Must have an international driving licence)
-You will be responsible for the delivery from prep kitchen to Odin place.
-You will be preparing the order send from the different outlet in Odin and load them in the truck and delivered it in good condition.
-You will be giving support to the chefs in Kutchan kitchen with simple cooking task such as dish washing, peeling and cutting vegetable and cleaning.
Purchasing: ( must speak Japanese and English)
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
-Under the responsibility of the executive chef.
-You will be in charge of the food ordering, and purchase for the company.
-You will have to check the quantity and price of the delivered good.
-You will help the head chef in simple cooking task.
-Hourly wage negotiable
-About 45 H a week, with one day off
