Operations Manager Wanted — Togari Onsen, Nagano

We're Mountain Holidays, running 5 properties across Togari and Nozawa Onsen. We're looking for an experienced operations manager — someone who's already run a chalet, lodge, or pension through a ski season and is ready to do it with real autonomy. If you've been thinking about running your own operation but aren't quite ready to go fully independent — this might be the right step. Winter means leading up to 15 staff across 5 properties. You'd own the scheduling, turnovers, maintenance, guest ops — and run it without us looking over your shoulder.
