Professional Snowsports Instructors and Guides (Ski, SB and Dual-Certified) for 2018/2019 Niseko Winter Season

This is not just an ordinary instructing job. You will be creating bespoke snow experiences for high-end guests, providing both instructing and concierge services in Niseko and other resorts across Hokkaido. You will operate in a fast pace and dynamic environment but one that is highly rewarding and sees you building long-term relationships with clients. Requirements To join our small and dynamic team, we are looking for unique and interesting individuals with the following skills and abilities: - Fluent in spoken English - Conversational in spoken Cantonese or Chinese-Mandarin (highly preferred) - An Instructor Qualification issued by an ISIA recognised association. - Experience in Professional Ski or Snowboard Coaching and/or Competition (preferred) - Strong experience in the customer services, sales and/or tourism industry - Excellent people and communication skills - Highly flexible and adaptable to client needs - Works well within a team environment - Self-motivated and organised - Demonstrates an aptitude for logical thinking and is independent-minded - Eligible for Sponsored Skilled Labour Visa (preferred) or Working Holiday Visa - Have an International Driving Permit or eligible for one Benefits - All Mountain Season Pass - Subsidised accommodation - Training under industry professionals and trainers - Staff Phone To become a part of the leading snowsports company in Hokkaido, Japan, please send your cover letter and full resume to the Snowsports Manager miha@hskiclub.com.
