PROJECT MANAGER- DEVELOPMENTS

Permanent Career Position: Project Manager. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from initial inception to completion, the Project Manager is the cornerstone to successful project delivery. Utilizing the support of the Assistant Project Managers you will: Oversee several projects at any one time Coordinate schedules for internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery of works Liaise closely and build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Provide regular status updates to management Develop and manage project budgets with the clients The Candidate To be successful in this position you will need: Tertiary qualification in a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Native or business level English is required, and Japanese is preferred Demonstrated ability to apply Project Management principals Hokkaido Tracks is the premier integrated real estate solutions provider offering sales, project management and property management services in the world class ski area of Hirafu.
