Join the team at Reju Spa Niseko, nestled within the award-winning Vale Niseko—celebrated as the world’s best ski boutique hotel. We’re seeking passionate and skilled Spa Therapist Supervisors and Massage Therapists to elevate our guest experience this winter season.
Employment Period: December 1st, 2024 – March 31st, 2025
Our Offer
– ¥1,650-¥2,500 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and language proficiency
– 25% late night allowance for shifts between 22:00-05:00
– ¥150,000 housing support bonus upon contract completion
– A comfortable and supportive working environment within a top-tier ski resort
Work Schedule
– Flexible hours, typically 5 days a week, averaging around 40 hours per week
– Peak season may require extended hours, with fewer hours at the start and end of the season
Qualifications:
– Certification or diploma in spa therapy or a related field
– Expertise in a variety of spa treatments and techniques
– Outstanding communication and customer service skills
– Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
– Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple appointments
– Professional appearance and demeanor
