Reservation Consultant

SkiJapan.com is looking for talented passionate people to work in our Reservations department as we emerge from the pandemic looking ahead to the upcoming 2022 summer and winter season of 2022/2023. Primary Responsibilities : - Respond timely to incoming reservation enquiries - Prepare travel quotes, process bookings , manage ongoing correspondence including amendments and changes to existing bookings - Correspond professionally with agents, guests, suppliers and industry partners - Process reservations productively and efficiently with due care to the ultimate guest experience Requirements - Sound level of English language both written and spoken (essential) - Japanese language skills desirable but not essential - Strong Attention to detail and pride in delivering a high level of customer service to our prospective guests Working conditions : 40 hour working week, 10 days annual leave + Public Holidays Monthly salary: 250,000 yen to 285,000 yen dependent on experience and qualifications Please visit link to apply!
