- Ability to communicate in English
- A positive attitude and a passion for serving guests
Those who have driving license that could be used in Japan are preferred
★JD of Each Positions
1. GRILL CHEF
Role & Description: Specialized chefs, highly knowledgeable on cooking with open fire, previous experience in robatayaki cooking is required.
2. CHEF DE PARTIE
Role & Description: Specialized chefs with focus areas in cold dishes, pastry, warm dishes, frying, or stove cooking. Each chef will manage duties based on their experience.
3. KITCHEN HAND
Role & Description: No experience needed, but professionalism, motivation to learn, and ability to work under pressure (in a healthy environment) are required.
4. DISH WASHER
Role & Description: Key role in the kitchen team, part-time or full-time positions available.
5. SERViCE STAFF
Role & Description: Deliver attentive and courteous dining service, present a professional image, and act as the front-line ambassador of the brand experience.
