SENIOR HALL MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER (FULL TIME)

Him Kee is a popular fast growing premium Hong Kong Style hotpot restaurant and serve authentic Cantonese style Chinese hotpot in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan. Our focus is to deliver exceptionally fresh, local, and high-quality seasonal ingredients including premium seafood and meats and have perfected a unique and delicious soup base have built a high-end hotpot dining experience for our customers. The successful applicant will bring the knowledge, experience, and passion to continue developing Him Kee as premium hotpot brand in Niseko. During our peak winter season, we serve a wide range of customers from South East Asia, Europe and from all over Japan. Other than Japanese, we would require a manager to have the ability to communicate in Chinese and English to our customers from Asia. SENIOR HALL MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER (FULL TIME) • 4 years or more experience in a managerial position in restaurants • Multi-lingual experience in Japanese, Chinese and English • Strong F&B and restaurant operations knowledge and skills. • Strong leadership, people management and training skills. • Able to communicate in Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing, with guests and employees • Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, basic computer knowledge and accounting • knowledge of food and beverage operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction • Ensuring that the restaurant maintains a premium and welcoming ambiance for customers. • ⁠Implement marketing campaigns/events for brand building and customer outreach. Employment Package Details Language: Japanese / Chinese ability is essential. Conversational English is a plus.
