We are preparing for our 4th winter season. The first three winter seasons had been very successful for us and exceeded our expectations. Our hotel finished the current season with close to full occupancy. We also operate three restaurants, namely
1) Yukitei Niseko Restaurant (rank #1 in organic listing in Niseko if you search for "Best Shabu Shabu restaurant in Niseko" at Google
2) Fuyutsuki Niseko Tempura (rank #1 in organic listing in Niseko if you search for "Best Tempura restaurant in Niseko" at Google.
3) Hana Robatayaki (rank #1 in organic listing in Niseko if you search for :Best Robatayaki restaurant in Niseko" at Google.
We also have our Matthew Suites, Niseko hotel (www.matthewsuites.com) that is consistently ranked 9.3 out of 10 for the last three years at www.booking.com.
This past season the team worked very hard to ensure all our guests had a wonderful stay and a memorable dining experience and we continue to improve.
Starting from now, we are inviting a few qualified persons to come on board as our Summer/Winter Operation Managers. Candidates MUST be effectively English or Mandarin / Japanese bilinguals and only those with suitable hospitality industry / construction background and experiences need apply on either a Working Holiday Visa or a Work Visa. For those applying for a Work Visa, applicants must have a minimum of a University Degree from a recognised university. We will sponsor Work Visa for the right candidates. For the other 25 Junior Staff including Sous Chef, English is adequate but Mandarin or Japanese is a plus and they must apply for a WHV (Working Holiday Visa) from their home country. They must also be 26 and above due to insurance stipulation for operating the company's vehicle. Staff housing is subsidised. Local transportation is also provided. Junior Staff works 30 hours per week, 5 days with 2 days off.
