The role requires: Exceptional customer service and communications Ski/snowboard set up and tuning Boot fitting Driving A passion for skiing or snowboarding Valid working visa or residency for Japan Previous industry experience is essential (Ideally within Queenstown or Niseko) We also offer a good rate of pay, staff housing option and prioritize plenty of time on the slopes so you can enjoy the legendary Niseko powder.
