We are looking Front Office and Concierge managers, supervisors and line staff to join us in delivering exceptional service to Hotel Guests and visitors. We provide in house training and development for our seasonal and year round staff. Desirable Knowledge and Skill
Below are some of the things that we would find desirable in your application, though if none of this applies to you, you might still be the right person for us!
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort service provision role.
Language skills (English, Japanese, Mandarin and other language skills desirable).
Computer skills - Microsoft Office, PMS.
Valid driving licence
Professional, courteous and friendly manner
Natural team-leader with proven experience solving problems in a team environment
Understanding of customer service requirements and provision of unforgettable experiences
Ability to take part in the local community, be respected and trusted by community stakeholders
High levels of attention to detail and the ability to organise work to achieve objectives and deadlines
Experience of ski / winter resorts
Employment Package Details
Employment Period: winter seasonal, 1 year and on going
Annual Salary: Competitive
Location: Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan
Working Hours: average 40 hours per week (5 x 8 hour shifts, shift times vary by season)
Staff Accommodation: options available for various budgets all subsidized by HTM
Lift Pass: Full time contracts include All Mountain lift pass or ¥100,000, winter seaonal contracts include Grand Hirafu pass or ¥20,000
Ski and Snowboard Lessons: Free Ski and Snowboard lessons with HTM's ski school GoSnow
