Someone to help with kids

Hello we're a family of four with house in Niki - 46 minutes by train from Kutchan station. We have two boys aged 8 and 5 and are looking for someone to help out with them - initially on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons though this is flexible and can be changed/extended (i.e. starting with approximately 12-15 hours a week with scope to increase this). The boys enjoy the outdoors and a person that can play with them outdoors (skiing etc) as well as indoors would be ideal. A Japanese speaker would also be well suited, though this is not a prerequisite (the boys are half Japanese though their language skills need improvement!). Proposing Y1,500hr - all food and ski etc costs will also be covered. Transport costs will also be covered - whether this be fuel costs for a car or train tickets. Looking at a 28 Feb start date but again this is flexible.
