SPA THERAPIST (Contractor 業務委託) Rikka Spa is a boutique spa, renowned for providing a sanctuary of warmth and tranquility. Located within the luxury hotel Setsu Niseko (voted the ‘World’s Best New Ski Hotel 2023’), Rikka Spa features 5 treatment rooms and specialises in spa treatments and facials. Conceptualised and operated by Lapidem Tokyo, our programs are created around a philosophy that “true beauty only comes from good health”. Niseko is an international holiday destination that is increasing its appeal as a resort for all seasons. During the summer months, Niseko is a peaceful sanctuary of wellness appealing to primarily a domestic market. Recognised globally as Asia’s finest powder snow resort, Niseko takes on a new life in the busy winter season, making it a great environment for learning languages and new cultural experiences. At Rikka Spa, we are passionate about delivering a high level of customer service to our clients throughout their wellness journey and are looking for motivated individuals who share our passion to join our team on a year-round or seasonal basis. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Deliver high quality treatments - Counselling and consultations - Create a relaxed environments where clients feel comfortable ABOUT YOU: - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our guests - A passion to learn new treatments, skin technologies and procedures - Flexible nature, ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills - Able to work closely with the team and management to support successful team outcomes - A positive, friendly and professional attitude STANDARD WORKING HOURS: - Variable working hours scheduled on monthly basis e.g 13:00 – 22:00 including 60-minute break (8 working hours) - Hours may increase during high occupancy periods - Days off: 116 ~ 120 days off annually WHAT WE OFFER: - Retainer fee: Y280,000 per month Consideration based on skills, experience, and language skills Trial Period (initial 2 months): Y260,000 per month Other: Product sales incentives + Tips + Bonus (depending on performance) - Transportation expenses: up to Y30,000 per month - Company dormitory staff accommodation - Seasonal Grand Hirafu and Hanazono Ski Lift Pass (Individual) - Discounts on a variety of Rikka Spa products as well Setsu Hotel accommodation, Food & Beverages, ski rentals, yoga etc - Training & Development program / opportunity for career development and progression If you would like to apply for this position, please include a cover letter telling us about yourself and why you'd like to work for Rikka Spa along with an updated copy of your resume to careers@rikkaspa.com
