Wait staffs for 2024 / 2025 winter season

KAMIMURA / KITCHEN restaurants seeking a few more experienced Wait Staffs to join our vibrant team. The position requires someone that genuinely enjoys hospitality, and takes pride in ensuring that guests have a great dining experience. This position entails all elements of front of house such as greeting restaurant patrons, taking orders & wine services would be highly regarded. Our ideal candidate will have solid experience in a similar role, a strong customer focus, well presented, a team player, and the ability to work smoothly in a fast paced environment. Requirements: - Work for the whole season from 1-December-2024 to 5-April-2025 to be required to be in Niseko by 29-November for the briefing. - Eligible for a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) or a right to work in Japan - Min. 2 year experience in restaurants. - Passions for hospitality and food, providing exceptional service and ensuring our guests have a great experience Working Hours - 5 days a week - 17:00 to close (approx. 22:00 ~ 23:30) The Benefits: - Hourly Rate: 1,500 yen per hour - Accommodation: Staff house located 10 min. walk from our restaurants. 2 min. walk to the resort shuttle bus stop. A single room at 10,000 yen per month (incl. all utilities and wi-fi) - Season Bonus at the end of contract: 60,000 yen - Staff Meals will be provided while on shift. - We open for dinner only.
