Hiring full-time Head Chef position! Robata Niseko Naniwatei Restaurant

We are a restaurant located in Kabayama, Niseko, a 6-min drive from Grand Hirafu. We serve robata course meals and open for lunch and dinner. For winter, we are only open for dinner. Our main store is located in Susukino, Sapporo, serving Hokkaido kaiseki cuisine for over 56 years. We are currently looking for a full-time Head Chef Responsibilities: - The Head Chef will be managing daily kitchen operations, seasonal menu planning, ordering and purchasing menu items -Directly reports to the restaurant owner -Supervises kitchen staff - Monitors kitchen sanitation practices Qualifications: - Must be specializing in Japanese cuisine with over 10 years of experience -Business management skills -Great interpersonal skills -Must possess a driver's license valid for use in Japan -Must be willing to work and live in Niseko, Japan -Accommodation is provided To apply, please send resume to: maria@robata-naniwatei.com You may also call 0136-23-2233
